Kid's Director: Katie Broweleit
Who We Are:
Here at North Seattle Church we want to connect kids to the life and mission of Jesus. We believe that when churches and parents partner together we have the most potential to reach the next generation. We want to help equip you to be your kids' most important influence as they grow in their relationship with God. Let's partner together!
We have caring, background checked volunteers who will care for your kids each week. Each child receives a name tag and every parent/guardian receives a unique, secure pick-up tag to check out their children after the service.
In the Main Lobby, next to the atrium, is our Check-in Station. A helpful volunteer will be there to guide you through the check-in process and direct you to your kid's classroom. All kids, birth through 5th grade, need to be checked-in.
Kids Learning Communities (9–10:00 AM)
Children ages 3-5 years (including kindergarten) meet in the Nursery/Preschool Room 106 for a time of play, while the 1st-5th graders meet upstairs in room 208 for a bible based curriculum.
During the Service:
Newborns-2 years can be dropped off before the service starts in our Nursery room 106.
Kids ages 3-kindergarten can be dropped off before the service starts in our preschool room 108.
1st-5th graders are dismissed during the Worship Service where they will line up with their teachers and helpers in the back of the Worship Center. From there, they will be escorted upstairs to room 208.
We are currently using the "Orange Curriculum" to cultivate a heart for Jesus in our kids. For more information on what the "Orange Curriculum" is about, take a look at the video below.
